45 North Vineyard & Winery

Aptly named for its location at 45th parallel on the Leelanau Peninsula and just a few minutes from Lake Leelanau, Forty-Five North Vineyard & Winery produces both red and white wines as well as cider. Their award-winning wines are made from grapes grown in their own vineyard as well as others from around the region. The finished product is a result of on-site production. Forty-Five North Vineyard & Winery is recognized as one top regional vineyards.

45 North Vineyard & Winery also has a 3-mile recreational trail that wanders through its scenic vineyard, open for year round use and is suitable for walking, biking, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing. The trail meanders around the property through the vineyards, fields, and woods with beautiful views of Lake Leelanau and surrounding Leelanau County.

The tasting room is a charming rustic post and beam barn style architecture with a fireplace. Outdoor patio seating along with firepits make for a year round cozy experience.

Sample their elegant wines, take home a bottle or two, or consider their wine club options. Don't forget to sample their ciders. Canned ciders are available to go!

Tastings by Reservation

Due to the COVD 19 pandemic, traditional tastings are by reservation only. Other tasting experiences are seated and wines are available by the glass or you can select a flight of wines. Booking online is strongly recommended.
